Just curious why you'd mill the head 15-thou and then run a low-compression gasket?Runs absolutely perfect. Last Spring...new rings, main/rod bearings, PM valvesprings, oem valve seals. Falicon rods (much stronger than stock). Head has mild port job. Head has been shaved 15 thousandths. Currently has R&D undercut transmission, low compression head gasket and Web cams. Price=600.00 with stock transmission and cams. 800.00 as it sits with R&D transmission and cams. Can hear run before I take it out. For 1000.00 I'll throw in carbs that are on it now along with 2bros. header/V&H canister and V&H powerpak ignition (complete engine package ready to bolt in). The extra rods are standard dimensions? Have they ever been in an engine that blew a piston, spun a bearing or bent valves (ie - stopped with a rattle or a thud)?
