will 95 front forks fit my 99....

also is that a bad swap.... right now i bought the bike it has F3 forks on it which suck.

anyone know of a better swap... like puttin 929 or 954 forks on it.....

I'd go for later rather than earlier if you're determined to change them.
Have you ridden a 919 with standard forks for comparision to the F3 forks?

no i havent....

the only reason im considering the 95's is cause there are a set of them on ebay for pretty cheap (at least right now)...

but yeah i really want to upgrade instead of downgrade i just dont know what will fit and how hard it is....

i do lots of wheelies so i deff want some stiffer/more ro-bust forks.... i hate rebuilding fork seals....

Perhaps you should learn not to put them down so hard then :)
You should be able to do thousands of wheelies without blowing the seals.
If you go to inverts you'll need to replace the clamps and clip-ons as well at least.
By far the simplest swap is doing a complete front end - forks, clamps, wheel, discs, axle, guard, clip-ons and calipers.
Do you only have F3 forks or is the whole front end off an F3?

yeah i know... most of mine go down pretty smooth but im no pro yet so there are still occasional times when it comes down hard... hahahha....

yeah i know for sure its a f3 tripple, forks and calipers.... unsure of the rest.....

yeah i would love to just swap the whole front end back to a 900rr or a 929 but i dont wanna spend a TON.... i really just want forks that can handle the bike better....

hahhaha... no that was like that when i got it.... its all different now cause the bike has full plastic's now....

you better watch it im gonna get em.... HAHAHHA
