Hi Guys.
I have a 03 954 and it running very badly at low rpms, it just wont pull away under 3000 rpm.I took out the plugs and the are black which means it running rich, I tryed to check the choke to see if it sticking but can cant seem to see if it working right. Does anyone know why it would be running rich,

Have you checked the fuel pressure regulator?
Is the air filter clean?

There's nothing that will make it run richer :)
If the diaphram is torn it allows the engine to suck neat fuel straight from the tank into the cylinders.
Pull the vacuum line off and make sure it's dry.
If there's fuel in the vacuum line you'll need a new regulator.

You don't need to be able to start it.
Just turning the ignition on will pressurise the fuel rail and regulator.
