i keep getting emails for any threads posted on this site (only ones ive posted)

ive set the email to NO email notification but it is still sending them:idunno:

how do i disable it

Go to your User CP...

click on list subscriptions (down LH side)
this will list all the threads and what notifications they on....
if you tick the ones that have instant email notifications....
you can change them to no notifucation whith the drop down at the botton of the page

When you change the email notification options, don't forget to "save changes" after making the selection.
