Hey guys,

I bought a 2002 cbr 600 f4i 2 weeks ago and it has been great. when I bought the bike I was told it had a bad fuel injector that the previous owner found out through getting it dynoed and the FI light is on. This weekend I replaced the fuel injectors with a whole set that he bought used. I took the injectors out of the bike and put the new ones in but didnt change the fuel bars. We started the bike again and it went from idling at about 2k to anywhere from 2.5-3k. We loosened the fuel regulator that is connected to the wax unit all the way and changed the power commander to run at lower rpms.

Anyone have any ideas on how this can be fixed? I have worked on 2 stroke dirt bike engines before but nothing like this. If it matters the bike has around 30k miles on it and was getting about 28 mpg. Thanks.
