Friend of mine is picking up a motor for his project 929 (trying to be like me) but the seller said something about broken cam sensor wires that are keeping the engine from turning over?

can someone shed some light on us and if he should buy or not, guy was gonna sell to him for $650...would replacing those wires not be worth it? or is it just an easy fix?

Strip the broken wires and twist them back together.
If that's the only problem then it should start.
