I just bought a 95 CBR 900RR and one of the carbs is leaking fuel. Do I need to pull them off to fix it and if I do need to pull them off how do I sync the carbs? There is no petcock on this bike either.

Yes, you will need to remove the carbs to replace the float valve.
Removing them does not affect synchronisation, but if you want to synch them you will need a set of vacuum gauges. And I would suggest you get yourself a manual for the bike.

I found this online and would like to know if it will work for a 95 CBR 900RR.

So you are saying that these will work? I just ordered a manual for the bike. Can you tell me how many float needles are in the carbs all together?

I don't know if they'll work but they seem to be for the right bike.
Are they OEM Honda or something aftermarket?
There are four float valves, one per carburetor.
