as they say, have you got the right lever, as you might know the 954 is not the same as the 929 so if you have the wrong one it might be the cause. The lever i bought for mine needed some alterations to make it fit right.
It is an OEM lever for an 02 954. I just pulled the pin on the old one and replaced it. Now, when squeezed it does not return to the position before being squeezed and the brake is on when I let go of the lever.
ya...maybe you just overtightened it?? I put new aftermarket levers on mine and tightened them down pretty good and i dont have that problem though?? But that could be it...
might have let air into the lines also?? dont know how...or if its even possible but that could cause a limp lever(ha ha)...probably tightness issue or lube or wrong lever...
