Can I change the damping in my forks with out many special tools. I have changed seals, springs, oil in the forks before, but never the damping stack. I have the .95 Ohlins springs and the sag is set correctly, but the compression is backed out all the way. I would like it to move a spec more, I think I am losing some feeling throught the front. Any help?

Since you want to soften up the damping you could experiment by taking a couple shims out of the shim stack. Which ones and how many I couldn't tell you. But you don't need any special tools. I had Dan Kyle do my forks and his shim stack is lot different than stock. Have you tried lighter weight oil? That will also effect rebound though. If you do change the shim stack I'd be interested to hear your results. You could also just drop in Race Techs valves and shim stacks.
