After the bike is run really hard on the track, then allowed to cool somewhat, the chain(ERVR 520) starts too act really loose making alot of noise, seems to diminsh once I am at speed. I run it pretty loose as the bike is 100% track duty these days.--Its got about 6K track miles---never been cleaned--but it gets lubed at least once or twice every trackday---anyone have ant experience w/this?? Alignment looks good, rear sprocket still looks OK---tightening it makes the sound disappear--but it quickly gets too tight--chain hasnt stretched at all

Take the chain off and measure the links to see if they are stretched. Also check side to side play.

What do you mean, 'it quickly gets too tight'?
