Has anybody used a tool called the Seal Mate? Its made by Motion Pro and it looks like it does the job (assuming your forks are not damaged). Im a bit skeptical but I am ordering one today to try it out :freebird:.. Here is a vid:

Well, heres the results... I used the seal mate tool yesterday to clean my fork seals. I lost a bit of oil in the process but overall not much was lost.. I am happy to report that i went for a two hour ride today and my forks were bone dry with no oil at all on them after i returned. It works!!! and its five bucks. I highly recommend using this before you think about all the work of replacing fork seals. CHEERS!

feeler gauge works as well.....
Ive seen mechanics use feeler gauge but i am afraid to put a scratch in my forks and create a permanent leak.. this tool is plastic. And I actually made some more of them myself by cutting old gift cards to the same shape as the seal mate, works just the same!
