Yeah, it was taken care of very well right up till the time it slid out from under him. That's a lot of damage for just lowsiding. Yikes.

Damn, 146rwhp with just a D+D bolt-on. All you full Akra and Arata guys wasted your money.

Someone got robbed on that one paying $3000 for a bike that beat up. That bike has damage on both sides. I would say if he did lowside then the bike hit something and tumbled. It also looks like the rear end impacted something fairly solid for it to hut the swingarm and shock mount like that.

I lowsided my RC at 60MPH earlier this month and have been able to fix it for less than $500.

Quote The bike is going to need new cosmetic pieces (gas tank, headlight, front cowling and mounting bracket, windscreen, right and left fairings, tail section, sub-frame, swing arm, pivoting shock mounting bracket (shown in picture), levers, handlebar weights, left foot peg and gaurd, and rear rim.

Yep, nothing but cosmetic pieces listed there.

One word makes the bike worth buying, at least to a thief: CLEAR

Think about it...

I think that is about the point where I WOULD contact the insurance company, and get my hard earned $$$ back in the form of repairs...

Bike looks like a write off to me, or very close to. Wonder why he did not report it to his insurance?

Anybody wonder why he is wearing a helmet in the picture. It's like one of those High TImes photos where the grower covers his face!!!

Hey JDEV didn't you have a D&D. No wonder your 929 always felt like it had more power than mine.

HOLY SHEOT!!!

MAJOR DAMAGE and a helluvalot of money required to get it back in shape. That was one helluva crash for the swingarm to rip through the dogbone linkage.

As mentioned, the frame and/or engine is about the only reason someone would want to buy that heap. I guess it could be a good platform for a race or stunt bike.
