I have a motor out of a flipped over 929 I have everything hooked up and there is power in the wire harness and ECM put no spark when turning over, and the ECM is not turning on the fuel pump/air solanoid/servo motor/or spark. I checked everting in the kill system and it is working - neutral switch/bank sensor/side kick stand/ kill relay.

So is that key switch coded so you can't hot wire it ?
there is a pink ignition wire that I don't know what is for going to the key switch.

or is the ECU shot?

thanks
Matt

There is a coded key system here in Aus and also in Europe (HISS) but, from what I have heard, you guys in the US don't have it - so unless yor engine is sourced form Aus or Europe, it wont be the key coding problem.

As Z stated the european and aussies one use the hiss system, not sure if the canadian ones do.
Do you know the history of the parts etc? is it likely they have been imported
