I recently installed a Jardine slip on, on my CBR1000rr7. I noticed that this set up completely eliminates the EGCV. In the fuel injection schematic the EGCV is controlled by the ECM and as far as i can tell, the ECM gets feedback from the EGCV servo valve. How does the ECM compensate for this? and does it affect the fuel/air mix? Do i need to get the bike tuned?
Would appreciate any and all assistance and advice. Thank you.

It ia controlled by the ECM but does not get feedback from it so as long as it thinks it's still in the system , then it'll be happy. Do this by leaving the servo connected with cables removed from the servo or carefully tied out of the way.
