Any help is greatly appreciated..... "RidAh down!!!~ I just want to ride again!"

Ok so here it is. A little history first; 954rr night out on the town I started going burnout crazy! Chords started showing on my back tire so I blew it up in front of my house doing rolling burnouts. Replaced the tire.I was good for about 200mi.Maybe less. The clutch started slipping. As I was cruising i would throttle it and the engine would just rev without picking up any speed.
So I tear the clutch down oil and clucth is just ROASTED BLACK .Stinks too.
However I do a comparison with the new friction disc and steel plates and the old friction disc has just as much friction as the new OEM disc . There just burned. So I replaced the friction disc and steel plates no springs new oil and filter. Adjusted the clutch. Drop it in first let go of the clutch and the bike goes nowhere. SO what gives.?? Should I replace my springs too.>? IS IT POSSIBLE THat it got that hott and it changed the spring rates? In the manual it saids to install the last disc with the green tab in the shallow slot. Which is different than how i installed the other disc.

Ok I made a mistake, looking at the manual I assemble the clutch disc incorrectly. I will update tomarrow.

Just a lil word of caution....If you continue to abuse clutch, sooner or later your oil pickup is going to be full of clutch material. It would pay you to check/clean it periodically.

Ok so I finally figured what went wrong. I was short a fiber disc!! Yeah I cant believe i put it all together without realizing it.I now have 9 oem fiber and 8 oem steel plates with Barnett springs. I put about 100 miles on it today and it ran like a champ. I guess the lessoned learned here is pay attention to detail !! Here are some pics...

Old n burnt on left. New on Right

OEM Spring on left. Barnett On right. About a 1/4" difference!
