I recently had my forks seals replaced and installed some .95kg racetech springs. To my dismay I am still 10mm off ideal sag. Can I install spacers from the top with the forks in the bike or do they have to come out agian.

I recently had my forks seals replaced and installed some .95kg racetech springs. To my dismay I am still 10mm off ideal sag. Can I install spacers from the top with the forks in the bike or do they have to come out agian.

This is with the preload adjusters wound right down?
I would think 10mm spacers would be okay. Measure how much travel you have beforehand under full braking and check that you don't lose any after the spacers.
