Hi, I removed the fuel tank from my 1998 900RR fireblade and I want to replace it but it has two thin pipes one with a slight bend in it and a straight one but I cannot remember were they go?I have replace the thicker pipe on the fuel tap.
Thanks Dave.

Hey Dave, trying to get a better idea of what you mean. The tank itself has a large and a small outlet underneath it. One for the vent and one for the overflow. The large one goes down. The small one connects to a 90 degree small tube that connects to a T, that then tucks into the left side of the frame

Now if your talking about the fuel valve, it has the small tube that connects to the #2 cylinder port on the cylinder head, as well as the main fuel line.

Hi, as above, the tank will have 3 pipes coming out of it - 1 is for the fuel line that goes to the tap. The other 2 'free flow' down to open ends at the bottom. one is the drain tube (tank over flow) and the other is the breather tube. Make sure that you can freely blow air from the disconnected ends and make sure you do not trap or kink the breather tube when putting the tank back as you will cause a vacuum in the tank and have fuel starvation problems.
