Hi I'm new to the site, I just bought a nice 2001 Honda cbr f4i. I was in love with the bike and was having a little to much fun in a parking lot. revved it to about 10,000 rpms and flipped the thing on it's face. Well, aesthetically it was the worste thing i could have done to my baby. So... not i face a problem.

The fule pump no longer primes.

Everything else works on the bike just fine. Everything, blinkers, headlights, brights, breaks. The box that senses the angle even works(and that was snapped off, i tested it, it's fine). So I'm curious if anyone can assist me by giving me some common issues that cause the fuel pump not to work if the bike is slammed pretty hard... I would appreciate it. :D

I have had a fuel pump problem before. The ignition was fine, but the engine would not start. My only advice is to buy another fuel pump and have your current fuel pump replaced. They are a tricky part.
