I just had my wheels powdercoated for my 96 900RR and the guy mistakenly powdercoated the end of the rear wheel where the cush rubbers go. When I install the rear sprocket carrier to the wheel with the bumpers installed I have about a 1/16 inch gap between the sprocket carrier and the wheel. Can't remember if this is normal and when the axle is tightened it would then flush out to the wheel? Anyone have a rear wheel off the bike that could give me some info. I really don't want to have to carefully strip all the powder coating off the pockets for the cush bumpers. Took a month to get the custom color done and don't want to take a chance f&%king them up.

Thanks,

Nick
