M&P do have some good deals, but I find their service to be crap and I wouldn't trust them to send anything correctly that isn't 'off the shelf'. I bought my last C&S set from them, but it was just a standard pack with standard sizes.

You could try Wemoto - they used to list sprockets in different sizes, for each specific bike. Prices aren't too bad either.
