Hello, new member and new to motorcycles. I came from building multiple nissan 240s, s13s and s14s. I have wanted a bike for a long time and have somewhat kinda ridden one a few times, never past 1st gear, haha. I have been practicing in parking lots and trying to read up more and more about my bike.
The bike is a "streetfighter style" (hope i used that right) 2002 cbr 954rr. I obtained it for a great price, the last owner used it for "stunting":idunno: and it isnt quite street legal yet. Its missing things like, instrument cluster, blinker and light switch thingie, licence plates, etc. I am very open to everyones opinions on how I should go about making it street legal again. I dont have any plans on doing stunts or tricks. I have some idea of how i'd like it to look but as a noob I dont know whats "cool" or the ins and outs of bike culture yet. Im not a flashy guy, I'd like the bike to be as simplistic and decent looking as possible. Right now it has a big 12bar on the back and its... a little rough around the edges.
Anyways, any and all constructive criticism and advice is greatly welcomed and appreciated! Thanks for accepting my membership and I hope to learn a lot. Happy riding. :smilebig:
