For about 4 weeks now, I have been a loon when it somes to being able to sleep!:eek:

All I do is stay wired!
I can not get the thoughts to clear my mind for even 2minutes.

I have no idea how I even finish my school work as I am avg. about 4.5hrs of sleep per day.

Someone make it stop. :whine:

I really think it a little to do with lack of exercise. Actually the last good sleep I had where the 2 days coming off the IMBA Trail Building School about 2 weeks ago.

All these projects have me crazy, and exams also!

I have 6 exams & 5 projects due in the next 2 weeks.

Two possible solutions: 1) give up the methamphetamines,
2) indulge in more sex, even if it is just "stick time" :wacking: :D

J/K jay, but I think you may be onto something with the excercise thing. I know you mountain bike on a regular basis, and if you are now too busy to maintain that excercise schedule I think it could have something to do with your problem. Perhaps try and squeeze in a little more excercise? :idunno:

Excercise is important. I get all jammed up when I travel. I have a hard time getting to sleep in a strange bed now. Found Kava Kava (natural herb) to work most of the time. Helps me relax.
