It will not start... will crank, but thats it... Fuel pump come on.. smells like fuel... Help please!! Where can i find the spark plugs???

Check the fuel pressure regulator.
The spark plugs are exactly where you'd expect to find them, in the top of the cylinder head.

yeah found the plugs... wasn't using my head lol... They are really black so i think its just the plugs...

You might want to get a copy of Haynes' Service Manual.
Google it.

You might need to change them, as they dont tend too like being cleaned..

yeah found the plugs... wasn't using my head lol... They are really black so i think its just the plugs...

They may well be the problem but there's likely to be something else that caused the over-fueling that fouled the plugs.

They are probably fouled from consistant cranking while trying to start it. Replace the plugs and check for spark. Let us know if there is spark. U obvioulsy have fuel, but there may be too much going to the cylinder. But check for spark first
