What do you mean that "it goes off"?
Is Fontana in Cali?
Only Cali bikes have the O2 sensor.

I would assume you need to replace the sensor then?
If you can swap it with a known good one and the error stops then you know yours is bad.
Otherwise, it might be a problem in the wiring to the sensor.

The cable appears to be long enough that you might be able to park two bikes (probably doesn't even need to be a 929) alongside each other and simply connect the other O2 sensor to your harness. With both bikes running the error should stop if yours is bad.
If you still have the error then there's probably something wrong in the wiring.

The connector is likely to be the same across a lot of Hondas so manybe VFR800, Blackbirds, CBR600's, etc might work too.
All you need is a signal that tells your ECU that the O2 sensor is in the exhaust gas.

Hey just plug the hole with a pipe plug and then order a O2 sensor bypass plug from power commander and then you do not have to worry about it anymore.
I thought bikes get inspected there to ensure the greenies are kept happy?
