I keep hearing & reading about people taking their brand new cars & bikes and breaking them in on the dyno. SUpposedly this procedure has been shown to be relatively superior to beaking them on the street and far superior to following the manufactueres recommended break in procedure. The dyno that I have access to, I have seen rather large variance between bascially the same stock bikes; 6-9 whp. I know i wouldn't be extremely thrilled if my stock bike was 9whp undepowered to the same stock bike.

Have done it both on the dyno and on the track. About the same results either way (except I wasn't paying 125.00 per hour at the track).

Anyone have that link to proper dyno break in procedures?? I can't seem to find the bookmark or in a search. Thanks.
