Hey everybody: My name's Jordan. I'm the proud owner of a currently disabled yellow 1999 superhawk that has 25k miles. I took my bike off of the battery tender this morning and tried to turn it over, it seemed to crank a few times, then I rested it for a couple seconds and when I tried again I heard a loud click/pop from somewhere under the seat and now the bike is totally dead... nothing will turn on, no indicator lights, can't start it, nothing... Can anyone tell me what this might be and what the steps are to fix it? Thanks.

Okay I tried it again this evening and basically the lights turned on briefly until I hit the ignition and then it went dead. I used a voltmeter on the battery and it registers as 12v and then goes down to 0 when I try to start it. I think maybe battery?
