What do you guys think of this pipe? It is just the slip-on and it is going on a 2003 954....anyone have a Jardine pipe..or anyone have any reviews etc...Also, u guys think a power commander is necessary for just this slip-on?
I have an aluminum RT-One bolt-on on my 954 , no need for a PCIII. I bought this as a replacement for the damaged stock can on my 929 project but decided to use it on the 954 until I purchase a full system. Starcycle had them on closeout so the price was right. The bike may have gained a couple of ponies but for the most part I would say looks and sound were all that were gained by this mod. I do have one complaint... the decal on the Jardine badge came off when I was washing the bike one day. I'm sure that I can procure a replacement but have not yet tried.
Got this bike in a trade . It has 6k miles . I’m trying to get a newer bike and doubt I’ll enjoy riding it like I would a newer 1000. Should waste time cleaning it up and trying to get better value or just sell it as is and get what I really want ?
Got delivery this morning, not an absolute gem , but as far as I concerned a cracker , get rid of those plastics (previous owner hit a pheasant), runs sweet as a nut , but will get to grips with the rest:D

Please see the picture below when I bought it and after I repaired it...
Sometimes it flows and sometimes it doesn't. Like a lunkhead I let my '97 sit for about ten years. I didn't plan to ignore it so long but....Full tank with stabilizer since I expected to fire it up after four months not 120. A couple of weeks ago I cleaned the tank with vinegar and soaked...
I made a post about two weeks ago about my bike not running right because my stator and rectifier were fried, i replace them both and today i go to start the bike and now my fuel pump relay won't click. I checked the hot wire from the relay harness and hot wired it from my battery and my pump...
