I just changed my seals on both forks, it was a breese... no tool, just some fishing wire and a pvc tube cut in half...

I baught some fresh belray oil and only had 16oz instead of 18oz the manal suggest.

Now I hear my springs when pushing the suspension down, could that be du to the lesser amount of oil in the forks?

Thanks

I already know what some will say about this.
Fork oil is no a volume but a measurement.
You should have around 90-150 mm of space above the oil to the top of the collapsed fork with the spring out and the damper extended as far as it will go.

I would recommend 5 to 7.5 wt fluid at 110mm to 125mm below the top of the tube.

All is good went for a ride and the front felt like it was so planted GREAT.

I had done the springs, but probably had a leak and it wasen't set up.

I used 7.5 and am at 100mmfrom the top.

After the ride the sound almost desapeared.

Thanks all
