Hello I need help figuring out what is wrong with my honda cbr 954rr fireblade, what is going on is that I just changed the battery to see if that was the problem but it's not.

This is what's gonig on, I can start the bike turns over about 4-7 times then fires right up I don't have to stop I just push it turns and starts. now I can rev the bike high and hard and it's fine. I can also tear off on the bike and reach about 70MPH and be okay but when I am riding for about 7 minutes the bike starts to spit and sputter and I start losing rpms and the bike starts to just slow down that happens when I keep the throttle constant, but it gets a little worse when I crack on it. Or open the throttle half way.

The strangest part is that I can pull over turn the bike off then turn it right back on and tear off but then after 4 to 5 minutes it starts acting up again.

If anyone could help that would be awesome, thanks everyone!

Maybe the fuel pressure regulator diaphram is torn. Pull the vacuum hose and see if it's wet with fuel.
How much mileage on the spark plugs?
Have you tried riding with the fuel cap open?
