Bike stopped charging so I opened up my stator cover. Found that the 4 bolts that hold the stator to the cover had come undone and my stator and been rubbing on the rotor. Long story short, stator is ****ed.

My question is, the inside of my rotor is notched from here the loose stator had rubbed against it. However, the magnetic field seems to be intact. Do i need a new rotor now too?

I dont know man, its hard to gauge if the magnetics were affected with the gashes on the rotor. It doesn't look too trashed.. The true test would be throw in a good stator and see if you get a sufficient charging voltage (assuming your RR is good). I'd call it good if the charging voltage checks out 14v+.
grab some Blue threadlocker too.
