Stick with a good name brand Double H compound like EBC and you can't go wrong. They will last and give you predictable braking all the time. I notice a lot of cheap value pads out there but for a motorcycle that depends on consistant front brake performance there is no room to cheap out. IMO
Need new front pads for RR-W Blade?
Hi all fellow Bladers,
I am doing some winter servicing on my Blade and could do with some new front brake pads.
I mainly use my bike on the road and sometimes get caught in the rain, I am not really bothered how long a set lasts because I only do around 2k miles a year.
Anyone got any good pads to recommend?

I think thats what I put in the rear earlier this year actually. :thumb:
I like to stick with genuine Honda pads, there was a test in Ride magazine a while back, and the genuine pads out performed most of the aftermarket pads.
OEM Honda pads will certainly work fine but not only are they expensive, I found in my own experience when I switched to EBC HH pads, the brakes had way more power with less lever effort.
