I'm taking my wheels in this week to get powdercoated. Blade is red/black. I don't like the stock dark gray. I'm leaning toward white cuz it's different and would help the cagers see the bike at night.

Can anyone whip up a pic of what it would look like with white wheels?

TIA

they don't even look good on your vespa, do they will :idunno:

Suzukis (blue/white) look good with white rims but I don't think they will suit your blade

Ratter, Will doesn't have a vespa, remember, he never turns up to meetups cause he has no bike :nono:
Now keep that between us and the forum, he is a bit touchy about it :D

LOL!! Threadjacking at it's best...
LOL, no kidding!

I wish I could post an attachment of a pic I found with white wheels. It looks pretty sweet, actually. I really hate the dark gray, but don't think paying over $200 all said & done to switch to gloss black (like Honda should have done in the first place) would be worth it. :idunno:

A photoshop would still be appreciated. :eyebrows:

Given the state of the truck in the background, I'd say they haven't got a chance!

Hi Replica,

Nice job ! I like the look of them in white - but have to agree with previous posters...they'll keep you busy trying to keep them looking that way !

My 929 has got polished rims which looks pretty good, and provided I give them the once over with some autosolve every 3 or 4 weeks they stay in pretty good shape - the spokes and hubs are still the standard black though, and I like that because they don't show the brake dust etc.

Cheers, Spanky.
