Hi everyone,
I really have a hard time chosing the color for my new CBR1000RR6!!
Can you guys post your pics?
The only color I saw is the Blue/Yellow. It looks pretty cool but I fear I would get tired of is quickly...
Does anyone have pictures of their all black or red one?
Keep riding!

I like all the scheme's at first I didn't like the blue/yellow after seeing it just in pictures but after a friend got one and seeing it in person i like it alot.

my personal favorite is the red/black though. I wish they had done the 05 like they did the 06 with the red/black but I still love mine as well. I would trade for an 06 red/black right now if I didn't know my wife would plot to kill me afterwords.

Blue/Yellow.

Where in Canada?
Ontario.
Pretty nice road trip pictures you have there in your profile...
How do you like the 1000RR for long trips?
I did the Cabot Trail with a friend of mine a couple years ago on
GSX-R1000's. 4 300km in 7 days.
Pretty hard on the butt, but was it nice!!!

Thanks. It's terrible for long trips. Still fun, but painful as hell. I want a K1200S.

I hope to do the Cabot someday...

It's not that bad on long trips as long as you arn't on the highway for too long. If you stay on some relatively curvy roads and are moving around a bit most of the time it doesn't get too uncomfortable. But if you get on those long stretchs of straight road and you are just sitting there the whole time then rigor will start to set in and you gotta make sure your legs will be willing to move once you stop.

I have just ordered the black one! I had a black 600RR and loved the colour.
Now with the black swing-arm and engine casing it looks superb.

Have you seen it in Silver?

I don't want to be a party pooper, but I don't think it comes with the black swingarm:confused: . I don't know why a lot of the pictures posted on the net show the black swingarm, even on the red version. If you notice, as well, these pictures do not show amber signals, they are clear/smoke...
Maybe that's the way they are elsewhere in the world, maybe in the States, but here in Canada, I believe the swingarm is just regular color (aluminium):idunno:
The silver is beautiful too, but not available here.

I wonder why? Maybe because the silver model comes with the HRC race motor, exhaust, and suspension. :idunno:
