After 30 miles break-in on the track after motor work with VP MR1 racing fuel, bike is stronger. First dyno #'s are first run after motor was put together, second #'s are after some break-in.

Motor: 146.4, 72 lbs torque to 153.3, 75.9 lbs torque.

NOS: 177.0, 90.7 lbs torque to 184.6, 93.3 lbs torque.

So far best is:

9.82 @ 137 or 139 on motor

9.64 @ 145 with spray, and 9.67 @ 147

Still wanting to hit 150 in the 1/4.

That is movin out! I don't think I could hold on that tight. What are your 60fts and what rear tire and psi are you running?

Can`t wait to get mine on a dyno with the 37 NOS jet, pulls so hard now I have to regear the bike to make it down the quarter.

Thats with the 36 nozzle I believe, the biggest one that came with it, or is a 38??? Can't remember.

You know I'm -1 and +1, and I make it through fine, but I might be close to redline going through the trap. Either way, SURE IS FUN!!

My 60's average 1.57, but I do run 1.54's often. I've had one 1.49.

Using Shinko rear tire, "my favorite", and run from 16-21 lbs. The Shinko just plain hooks up, better than the Mickey Thompson in my opinion. I think SonicsBomb uses the Shinko also, and his times are better than mine, can't wait to see his dyno #'s.

Man those are a couple bad ass 954's!!! I would be just plain giddy to see a 954 get small on a busa! I'm just kinda getting into drag racing the bike, (at the track anyway). Last friday I ran a 10.58 with a Jardine 1/2 system, Hass eliminator, 1 tooth down in front, K&N, no flapper, PCIIIUSB and strapped front end. I only got a couple passes before the clutch gave up. (21,500 miles) Since you 2 are 954 pros what can I do to the bike to further whoop on the local 954's that doesn't cost much? By the way, I'm 6'3 255lbs---not ideal for 1/4 mile times!
