I went Friday got there at 10.00 left when they were putting covers over bikes , hell of a lot to see this year, been every year for last six years. you will love it, also picked up a Aria viper list price £498 for £270 plus repair kit. bargain.

I went for a few years running, but I've not been for a good few years now. I was gonna go this year but with the talk of manufacturers not attending (Honda for one) I though I'd leave it this year too.

The show has it's critics (i.e. why pay when you can see the bikes for free at a dealers) but I still think it's a half decent bike-related day out in the winter months.

There are a lot more shows this year, plus a lot you can ride. You want cheap bits , go last day i heard from a lot of the stands there will be some very very good deals to be had....

TBH I think the show has been getting slightly worse year on year for the last three years.

I suppose Honda not being there is an indication of the global economy.

Lot of other manufacturers absent as well this year.

The can I bought lists at £679, and I managed to get it for £400. Lot of good deals on lids too if you are after one.

Unfortunately, as usual, we spent a lot of the day drinking and admiring the "sights". FWIW, Kawasaki always seem to have some of the hottest ladies.

The BikeSafe girls were good too, in black catsuits with "look twice" on their cheeks ( not the ones on their face either !! ).

As said earlier, good excuse for a day out in the winter though :thumb:
