How about an Arata Full exhaust.
Sato Rearsets.
Ohlins forks and shock.
Ohlins or Scotts damper.
Marchesini Wheels.
Wave Rotors.
Stainless Steel brake lines with some HRC pads.
AFAM Chain and sprocket kit with a DID ERv2 chain.
Frame sliders.
Look up "Kyle Racing Engines" they have a 929 section.
Unfortunately the 929 is four generations old ( the cbr1000rr is already on its second revision) so finding a 929 catalog will be difficult. You're better off looking at the parts you like, then checking to see if they make one for the 929.

:welcome::plus1: You guys are doing a hellava job. Welcome and come home safely! Ditto on what nedro said about Dan Kyle's website. I hear he does good suspension work. Can't wait to get my forks back and see for myself....

Nice, thanks for all the help, and all the support everyone, I gotta admit it does feel good to actually get a little support every now and then, I've had the bike a while, done the whole damper, sliders, sprockets, slip on thing that you just gotta do as soon as you get a bike, but never really thought about making it any prettier than it already was till the guy volunteered to paint the dang thing for free...(once again its nice to get some support ever now and then lol) problem is now the paint just made the rest of the bike look well...old... so its time to throw some money into the sexy factor...just found out i got a little one on the way so cant get too wild with the suspension mods and everything, but i have recieved clearance from the wife to get a few little things.

Good Wife, my friends, when they had kids, had to get rid of there bikes. Thats how I got mine.
Lol my wife knows better than to come between me and my first true love, I have been riding something my whole life, and will continue to for the rest of it, that was part of our verbal prenup lol...plus she wants me to teach her anyway, got her tearin it up on the pit bike already. She is fighting a losing battle against me taking one of the wheels off the ground though hah

How is the riding in Alaska, eventualy that is where I want to be.
oh man the riding is amazing in Alaska.... scenery is insane, lots of good twisties, in the summer the weather where i am is always 70's, and it doesnt get dark at all, just gets dim around 11pm or so...the only problem is after the snow melts there is alot of gravel for a little while, other then that its perfect, if i could figure out how i would post a couple pics up

see if this works, know 2 of the pics were too big, gotta resize em, but one pic is of the painted bike, its the one showing the least of how dirty the bike is (just got in from a ride right before we tore it down) and the smudges from where he put it back toghether, i should get some clean pics of it in the sun here soon, the other is pre paint, an old pic of some of the riding... mines the yellow, the other bike is my buddys 954
