If you don't believe in them fine. No need to belabor the point by posting that opinion here. This thread is for those that do, did, and what is it?

I'll go first:

Clean 250
Bench 350
Squat 400

Do my first triathlon
Run my first Marathon

Kick ass in school

Race my GSXR more.
Race my GSXR better.

What is a clean? No, seriously.

I've set the heavy weight-training schedule aside for some more cardio and circuit-training. Trying to get ripped... want to get my body fat down to 8 or 9.

That sounds awesome, but:

a) I probably won't be ready by then
b) I probably (certianly) won't be able to afford it.

I love SD too. Beautiful place. I'll probably do either Akron or Columbus.

A clean is when you pick the bar bell up from the floor (like a dead lift) and then upright row it up to your chest...sort of..
