I just wanted to post about New York Honda in Long Island City. I have bought three bikes from them over the last few years, all CBR1000RRs. I've dealt with Chris as salesperson, Darren, and Dina in financing. They have all been great to work with and will work on getting you a deal, particularly if you've done some shopping around. Rob (service) is also a great guy.

Give them a call at 718-752-1873 or check out their website at Motorcycle Dealer - New York Honda/Yamaha. Scooter, Parts, Service & Accessories Goldwing Specialist.

Ride safe,

If I could give these guys a negative 5 rating, I would. The worst scum of the earth lying pice of sh*# bike shop in the world. My bike got knocked over and I took it in for simple repairs (mostly cosmetic) - they assured me it would take 2 weeks (this was in April) since all was covered by insurance. They then proceeded to discover all sorts of additional damage that the insurance reluctantly agreed to cover. 5 months later they are still yet to finish the 'repars'. They keep telling me parts are on back order, etc. Each time I call, I get the run around. And they give you attitude on top of it like you are the guilty party for calling to check on your bike. I've missed the entire summer season of riding and fall is not looking likely at this rate. Stay away from this place if you fancy your time, sanity and wallet. Let the wise be warned!

Thank you. I don't normally spend time on these sites but I am so aggrieved that I signed up specifically just to write the post. My goal is to find every site that has given these guys an undeserved positive review and alert other unwary users.

The point I was making is 1. you should have gone to the intro's first, 2. started a thread explaining in full detail your problem.

You will have no credibility spouting off on your first post the way you have, whether or not you have and others may have had a problem with this company.

If it's covered by insurance why aren't you chasing up the insurance company instead of the repairer?
