one of my fork seal have been leaking and i took it to the local honda dealership and they said that it would cost about 250 to fix. includin labor.
is this good or not? BTW this is my first bike and just learning the ins and outs of maintenence.

ALso how much would it be to change the cam chain? rough estimates are welcome

Welcome.

If you can follow a manual/instructions, seals are a few hours of work and teach you a great deal. $250 is reasonable for a dealership, but seals/oil should add to only about $40, so you could save alot.

Changing the cam chain, do you mean the mean the tensioner? Hardly do cam chains need replacement.
