there's no OBD in the say way as modern bikes and car that use OBD2. Later bikes it is possible buy an adapter and use it with an OBD 2 can reader as a normal car
(cables for ducati ,kawasaki and yamaha are corr. available from dynojet).
For 2000/2001 929 and 2002/03 954 you can read and reset error codes from the ECU by following the workshop manual - see the attached PDF.
I get that and all but I'm not trying to check my codes really I'm trying to figure out how to connect to my computer via tuner so I can flash my bike at home and not have to pay someone for something I can do myself but I don't know how to pair the 2
not sure this generation of ECU can be flashed to be honest - later ones certainly can and much better that a Power Commander. I think the only option for the 929 and 954 models is a Power Commander. I paid £80 for a second hand PC3 usb, and about £180 dyno time and tune, but that was a few years ago...
