Is it worth blocking off the PAIR system remembering I do have a European model Blade with the go faster sticker system ? :D

Only if you're going to be doing some air/fuel tuning.
Or you just want to dump the excess weight.

Thanks Larry, guess I won't be bothering then. I've just got my new OEM filters, Paddock stands on the way, one of the torque wrenches turned up, so going to give the bike a good overhaul ALL fluids, new brake lines so going to be a busy boy when I'm back to full fitness :thumb:

Do I need a washer for the oil drain plug after oil change out ?

Generally you can reuse the old one but it's never a bad idea to keep one handy and replace it if you have any doubts about it's sealing ability.
I've seen them squashed paper thin flat :)

For the cost, I say always change the washer. Cost pennies :thumb:

gonna be one of my future projects, just gotta do a search for the blockoff plates.

Or make them yourself out of some aluminium plate - they're very simple.

so true, gonna put a resister inline of the plug also. gonna get rid of it all. just gotta check what size i need, i think its a 20 ohm.
