Fuel pressure regulator.
Pull the vacuum line and make sure fuel doesn't come through it.

is this the thin line on bottom of fuel pump?
thanks,
a
No, that's the fuel return line.
The fuel pressure regulator is on the end of the fuel rail.
Part #20.
The vacuum line is on the pipe indicated by the code "E-18-1".

Bladeracer can help you better with the model but as I said, if the plugs were wet, they usually go in the garbage, period! Because they spark outside of the cylinder is no guarantee they will under pressure inside the cyl.

Just throw a set in even if they are not iridium. I've been fooled by this myself more times than I care to mention. Even brand new plugs that get soaked can be a problem.

Lets get this thing going so you can get to Bike Week and see some coleslaw wrestling man and all those Harley babes with stretch marks, scares and tatoo's. Doesn't get any better than that!

High oil level is another indicator of a bad fuel pressure regulator but you checked that already?
