It really does depend. The price goes up if they have to order a special color that is not in their stock. It will also go up if they have to sand blast your wheels, instead of you doing it. Last I checked, it would cost me from $250 to $300 for both wheels.
I go to a local coatings shop and pay $100 for both wheels. It's a color they stock (White) and as long as there is another job using it as well, the price is definitely right, and they do an excellent job with the masking.
