Just got a 93 blade and the rear spring/shock is looking a bit tatty so was gonna clean it up. I'm sure removing it is easy enough but how hard is it to remove the spring from the shock and then to re-fit the spring again. I'm guessing its not going to be simple from what i've read so far but thought you guys might have an easy solution.

Getting it out of the bike is easy, getting it back in, not so much. As for removing the spring from the shock.
