You probably don't want to remove those unless you're going to replace them with ones that are the same weight or heavier. Leaving them out will cause more vibrations in the bars. Bar ends that are made for the 'blade should screw right into the stock ones.
But, if you look at the microfiche on RonAyers.com you can see how they are assembled. Basically you just have to remove the small clip at the end, then yank the inside part out. It's not easy, but it can be done. Take all the controls/grips off the bars and you should have access to a small hole on the bar. Put some rubbing alcohol in there to help it slide out.
