The PO painted the inside of the windscreen. I am looking for
suggestions to remove the paint. I want to try and save it because the
windscreen is no longer available from Honda. I am trying to keep it as
original as possible. Thanks.

Oooofta…….gotta stay away from brake cleaner and carb cleaner. Maybe GoofOff? Try a bit on the edges? I’m not a paint guy, sorry dude.

I know, it drives me crazy when I see $hit like this. OEM parts are so hard to find in good shape.
