Hi All

This might be a long shot but I'm after a Repsol Fuel Tank Cover for my 2007 Fireblade.

Must be in unmarked / new condition...

If you want new condition, the dealer or any place that sells Honda parts can order them. The part number *should* be :
83150-MEL-A50ZA

I would double check it though.

You can buy them for under $350.

Thanks for the info, that's really useful :)

How easy is it to remove the 'warning' stickers from the plastic tank cover? Are they just stuck on top or are they under the lacquer?

Thanks in advance...

I'll let someone that has a 2007 speak as to what Honda did. I've never seen Honda put a clear coat over the stickers; they paint, put the clear coat on and then put the stickers on it. Keep in mind that the same bodywork would be used around the world and the same color scheme could as well. The warning stickers could vary by country, so it is far easier to just mass produce the panels, paint them and then worry about the stickers later.

I've got my flame suit on, but I got a really good tank cover (with my kit) from an aftermarket bodywork maker. Only thing that could make the tank cover better would be the foam underneath like on the OEM, but that's it.
