Does anyone out there happen to have the "special" tools required for removing the flywheel (holder and puller) and the clutch (center holder) on the 929? I'd be interested in borrowing or renting them from you for a few weeks.

I've found the flywheel puller and clutch holder at Ron Ayers, and similar ones at Kowa, but I'd like not to have to wait several weeks for delivery....:crying:

Thanks for your help! :)

Here's what I did. I went down to the local parts store (Checker) and bought a pully puller (they will even let you borrow them sometimes). I used the 6" puller, it's the only one that will fit around the flywheel. It's not the greatest thing to use, but I've done it a couple of times now. It's a pain setting up the puller and getting it aligned. Then you have to use a 3/8" drive and start torqueing her down. Eventually it will pull the flywheel off (kind of violently), I had to use a breaker bar toward the end.
