Hi everyone.

I 've got a problem with my 1999 RRX.

It starts fine and when cold, it runs fine.

As it warms up it starts running badly under 3000rpm. Above 3000rpm it runs fine.

When it's hot the problem is bad. I have to slip the clutch to pull away but again, it runs fine above 3000rpm.

I would say that it feels more like it's being overfuelled than cutting out.

carbs have been cleaned thoroughly, coils and plugs have been checked but the problem is still there.

Any ideas guys?

Yeah, it's been checked and is fine.

I tested the HT caps again and one of them was giving odd readings one minute and good ones the next.

Stuck a non honda NGK cap on it just to test and it was 95% better.

Deciding now whether to replace all of them or be a tight wad and just replace the faulty one! £24 each!!!
