Yes or no on both. You can run stock jetting on both types of systems, but you won't be taking advantage of the increased flow afforded by the new exhaust. You would normally need to raise the needles a couple of steps and go up at least 1 size on the mains. A dyno tune is the best way to optimize the system. I believe that both DynoJet and Factory make stage 1,2 and 3 kits for the older Blades that are pretty close for a full system (and other mods on the intake).
